Here’s My Favorite Product to Keep Brown Sugar Soft and Fresh
Like to bake/cook using brown sugar?
Have you ever been in the middle of baking or cooking and reach for brown sugar that’s rock hard and unusable?! That’s the worst, and I can’t tell ya how many times that has happened to me! Even though I always kept mine in a covered container, it always eventually hardened.
Today, I’m sharing a product recommendation on an easy solution that has absolutely WORKED for me to keep my brown sugar soft and fresh.
Introducing my favorite brown sugar container!
This highly-rated Prep Solutions by Progressive Brown Sugar Keeper works AMAZING! I purchased it via Amazon.com a few months ago, and it’s done an excellent job of preventing brown sugar from turning hard. The container is lightweight and fits in my pantry along with my other baking supplies perfectly.
What makes this container special is that it features a small terra cotta insert at the top of the airtight lid to keep brown sugar fresh.
Note: I do realize that common hacks for this issue would be storing some marshmallows or a slice of bread in with your brown sugar, but I wanted a solid, long term solution.
This Brown Sugar Keeper works perfectly! Hooray! 
Another inexpensive option if you already have an airtight container is to get a small piece of terra cotta like this Brown Sugar Bear to keep in your existing brown sugar container.
