More tips for making this Boursin cheese pasta recipe:
- Use your judgment on how much pasta to add. For sure a whole pound is too much, but 1/2-3/4 of the bag I think is good! You could also double the sauce ingredients for a larger batch.
- This idea is super versatile and can adapt into many variations. The prepared bruschetta from Trader Joe’s is honestly very good. You could instead maybe improvise with a can of diced tomatoes, dried herbs, and olive oil.
- I enjoyed that chicken sausage, but feel free to add any cooked sausage or meat desired. I think the addition of some chopped veggies like zucchini, bell peppers, and basil would be yummy.
I love Boursin pasta, as it’s easy and super comforting.
My mom used to buy it all the time growing up with crackers as an easy appetizer for entertaining. I noticed it’s become super popular and trendy to melt with tomatoes for pasta on TikTok and love this idea so much. Sometimes I will combine it with feta for this delicious baked feta cheese pasta too.
If you watch the brilliant TV show Bear on Hulu, I keep thinking about the episode when Sydney made a simple egg omelet with Boursin cheese, and have been wanting to try that ever since!
