Hip Tip: I like to roast breaded veggies on top of a metal cooling rack stacked on a baking sheet to help air circulate underneath, which produces a yummy crispy texture. Remember to spray the rack with non-stick spray first to avoid food sticking.
These Brussels sprouts are crazy GOOD!
Get ready to bite into the delicious combo of crunchy texture on the outside, soft roasted goodness on the inside, and tangy buffalo sauce! You can always drizzle the wing sauce on the outside instead of a dip, if desired. I think they’d make an excellent side dish as well! Enjoy!
I wonder if this would be good for those who do. Or like Brussel sprouts
I think cauliflower would work too! Buffalo Cauliflower is yummy also 👍
yes cauliflower works, we make them all the time..It tastes just like Chicken..lol
These look amazing! I can’t wait to try making some!😋
Thanks!! Enjoy 😀
Ummmmmm yum!!!! My daughter and I are def doing these! Thanks!
Enjoy Jenn!
These look delicious! I have never tried brussels sprouts, but this recipe makes me want to try some.
I like these kind of party foods that don’t leave me feeling so guilty. I’d like to hear if anyone who isnt a big sprouts fan liked these. I don’t hate sprouts, but they def aren’t my fav veggie.
Try cauliflower florets maybe? 😀
Thanks! That’s a great idea.
My husband’s vegan.. Is there something I can use instead of the egg?
I’ve heard that target sells egg substitute but I’ve never used it.
Thanks Lindsey.. I’ll definitely look it up!! 👍🏼
Flax meal and water!
I wonder if I can get them extra crispy in an Air Fryer?
Great idea! I’d like to try one of those!
I love my air fryer! Have not made this particular recipe in it but did make the cauliflower steaks…they were delicious! French fries (homemade type) are great and I used 2tsp oil for 2 large potatoes. Also have done whole chicken, boneless turkey breast, crabcakes and the best steak ( and I am extremely critical of how steaks are cooked.. unbelievable). Get the 5+ quart.. you’ll love it.
Yes you the air fryer! That thing is amazing for this stuff
