6-ingredient Swiss cheese bacon dip – dipping a cracker in the dip

This dip is amazing and is typically the first dish to disappear at a gathering!

Experiment with different add-ins like diced jalapenos to add some spice, chopped artichokes, or even consider swapping some of the Swiss cheese for Parmesan cheese.

I had to make it! It was a hit! I make something similar.
Parm Cheese, mayo, onion, garlic and a pinch of sugar and mix together and put it on top of bread and put in oven. Bake the same as your and then broil at end.

    • Lina D (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Yum! I make a similar dip like that with artichokes – love the bread idea!
