Easy 6-Ingredient Swiss Cheese Bacon Dip

If you’re looking for an excellent appetizer to make for your next party or get together, try this easy 6-ingredient Swiss cheese bacon dip that will please any crowd! It’s personally one of my very favorite appetizers that I make often for parties, and it’s so EASY to make!
“Who brought the bacon cheese dip?”
That’s what people will ask! It has a winning tangy flavor with a warm creamy texture that’s sure to be the hit of your party! In fact, consider doubling it and bring the recipe along because it might just be “The World’s Best Bacon Cheese Dip”! I’ve been told that a few times!
Hip Tip: You can use any small casserole dish, however, I enjoy serving this dip in a 9-inch cast iron skillet.
Easy 6-Ingredient Swiss Cheese Bacon Dip
yield: 16 SERVINGS
Melted cheesy dip that everyone goes crazy for, featuring Swiss cheese, onion, and bacon!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. bar of cream cheese. softened
- 10 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded or diced
- 4 green onions, sliced (save a few for topping)
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked & chopped
- 10 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese,Β Swiss cheese, and green onion. Spread inside an oven safe dish and bake for about 20 minutes until melted and bubbly.

Top with crumbled crackers and bacon. Place in oven for another 5-10 minutes. Top with a little more green onion if desired. Serve warm with crackers or celery.

This dip is amazing and is typically the first dish to disappear at a gathering!
Experiment with different add-ins like diced jalapenos to add some spice, chopped artichokes, or even consider swapping some of the Swiss cheese for Parmesan cheese.

I had to make it! It was a hit! I make something similar.
Parm Cheese, mayo, onion, garlic and a pinch of sugar and mix together and put it on top of bread and put in oven. Bake the same as your and then broil at end.
