Ingredients
For the Buffalo Chicken Dip:

- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- sliced green onion *optional garnish after baking
For the Artichoke Cheese Dip:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sliced artichokes, from a can
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green chiles from a can
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- sliced green onion *optional garnish after baking
For the Chicken Pesto Cheese Dip:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto

For the Bacon Cheddar Cheese Dip:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
- extra green onion *optional garnish after baking
- additional bacon crumbled and sliced green onion *optional garnish
For the Dippers:
Directions
1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Roll the pizza dough into about 1-inch-sized balls and line the entire perimeter of the pan with dough balls. Also, run a line down the center and across to create a barrier for 4 dips. I used around 64 small balls of dough.
2
Mix up the ingredients for each dip separately, and spread each into its own section on the pan, keeping them in the four separate corners. Use a small kitchen brush to brush a little olive oil over the top of the pizza dough balls.
3
Bake the entire pan for about 25-30 minutes until the dips are bubbling, and the pizza dough balls are cooked and slightly browned.
4
Remove from oven and add any desired garnish to the top. Serve warm and enjoy!
Hip tips for making the best sheet pan cheese dip:
- These are four cream cheese dips I chose to feature and use; however, you could easily change up any of these to suit your family’s taste.
- I decided to use pre-made pizza dough for convenience (found in my grocery store’s deli section), but you could always make a few batches of homemade pizza dough instead. If you’re keeping things low-carb, try making fat-head dough balls!
- You’ll need a very large sheet pan for this recipe to make sure it all fits! I am using a 15 x 21 inch size sheet pan in my recipe.
- Consider adding a small cheese spread knife to each of the four dips so it’s easier to serve.
We LOVED this easy cheesy appetizer so much!
The result is a delicious sheet pan of irresistible cheese dips that all will love! This would be a perfect recipe to keep in mind for gatherings or any upcoming sports-watching parties.
My family was super impressed with this spread and I know your family will be, too!
Hip Tip: Eating keto or having a family member living a low-carb life? Serve a bowl of celery on the side so you can enjoy the yummy dips, too!

Ha YASSS!! It’s exciting, right?! Enjoy 😉
OMG, Lina! You always have the BEST ideas. I am going to try this, but make pretzel balls instead.
Sounds so good
Oh I LOVE THAT idea so much. Thanks for sharing, and I appreciate your sweet comment! Thanks Deb!
Share pretzel ball recipe please???? YUM! LOL 🙂
Not my recipe, but from King Arthur Flour. I think I’m going to par-bake them for a few minutes before adding them to the sheet pan. https://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/pretzel-bites-recipe
I’m so excited about the pretzel bites!!! I love soft pretzels!
Would love to get the pretzel ball recipe from you!!
Does the dip run together when u remove the center row of dough? Should need to put foil between the center dough ?
Share pretzel ball recipe please???? YUM! LOL 🙂
This looks delicious! We’re big fans of dip! Most recipes you can safely substitute greek yogurt for the sour cream/cream cheese/mayo if desired AND I’ve had the buffalo chicken dip where hummus was actually used instead of the dairy and I couldn’t tell the difference!!! Hummus! Instead of cream cheese!
Yes I agree with all those nice subs! Cheese dip is so versatile. Thanks so much Amy!
This is beautiful and genius.
This looks amazing! I have a large family and small recipes just aren’t ever enough! This looks perfect and delicious!!!
Awesome! Yes, I think you’ll like this ❤️
So cool! You are the best… looks yummy
Thanks!! I’m excited for you to try it!
This. Is. Amazing!!! How did we ever survive without you Lina?! Thanks so much for this idea!
Ha thanks!! You’re very welcome 🙂 ENJOY!
Looks amazing! I suppose you could also use a smaller sheet pan, less dough balls, and two dips for a smaller crowd. Love it!
YES! Great idea Amy- thanks 🙂
OMG!! We are doing appetizers for Christmas this year, so we can just snack on them throughout the day and not have the stress of a big meal. This is PERFECT! Thank you so much for all you do Lina!
Oh that’s a fun idea 👍 Merry Christmas Adrian 🎄
YOU. ARE. BRILLIANT!! Love this so much. DEFINITELY going to try. THANKS SOOO MUCH! You & the whole team are AMAZING!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oh thanks and we hope you enjoy this ❤️
I swear, you are brilliant! This would be the hit of any holiday party.
It’s a showstopper for sure! Enjoy ❤️🎄 Thanks for your sweet comment!
This is amazing. My question is, once you start using the dough balls in the middle, did the dips all start to run together and turn into one big mixture?
No actually, it all stayed pretty separate, since the dough kinda expands a little once baked.
Wow, so cool! You rock, Lina!
Thanks so much for the sweet comment!
This looks amaze balls 👌🏼👌🏼👍🏽👍🏽. What’s the easiest way to save this or get back to this recipe? Thx for all you do Lina.
I texted this to myself to find next week when I make it!
You should have a daily recipe post just like the one you have for coupons & promos so we all can share our favorite recipes especially during the holidays. I’m always looking for something new to bake.
Oh thanks for the suggestion Queenie – I’ll share that with our team! <3
😃
this is every fat girl fantasy i’ve ever had on one sheet pan. Thank you Lina
LOL You betcha! ha
What are the dimensions of the pan you used? I’m trying to figure out if I have a pan nearly as big. Thanks, looks amazing!
This looks amazing. I just wish I could do something like this but vegan style for parties and family gatherings. You seem like a genius when it comes to food. Would you be able to come up with a vegan version with just as much flavoring?
You can get vegan cream cheese and vegan mayo. I can’t have the real stuff due to allergy but have been using the vegan version for decades. Most people won’t know it’s vegan, unless told.
And I’m sure you know about the other subs if you are vegan or vegetarian as far as sour cream, chicken substitutes are concerned.
What could I use instead of artichokes I don’t like them
Maybe crab meat or frozen spinach?
I love this idea! Does anyone have a good suggestion for a cheese free dip that could be substituted for one of these?
I was thinking maybe a bean dip or hummus? Unsure of a warm dip to suggest – maybe other can chime in! Thanks!
I’m a bit late to the party but someone earlier suggested substituting hummus for the cream cheese in the artichoke dip. They said they couldn’t tell the difference, and I would love to try it for my lactose intolerant sister!
And of course omit the Parmesan. Maybe thicken with a dab of xanthan gum if it’s a little thin without the cheese.
They have dairy free cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt.
If there is something made with lactose, 99% of the time you will be able to find a substitute fir it that is lactose free. Things have come a long way in the last 20 years or so as far as food accommodations are concerned. Things are so much easier to find now and taste so much better too.
Also, if your sister just have a lactose intolerance, she is most likely fine with eating Parmesan cheese. It has to be real cheese with no additional stuff. They add all kind of fillers with the cheap stuff. Some cheeses are okay for lactose intolerant people to eat with not side effects… I’m sure your sister knows them all.
Can I use canned biscuits rolled into balls?
Hmm I think the cans of pizza dough may work better, but let us know if it works out!
I’m with Kimberly, can we use Pillsbury Pizza dough, & how many cans would we need!!!
I would just go by the ounces called for in recipe – 3 – 16 oz containers. I think pillsbury pizza should be similar in size to that. Thanks!
Can you freeze after you make the dough? I’ve made this and it rocks! I am hoping I can freeze?
So I haven’t tried it personally, but sources online say that full fat cream cheese dips can be frozen to enjoy later. 👍
Are you able to make this the day before and then cook it the next day? I am trying to have less chaos of getting things done the day before the superbowl lol
Ya that sounds like a great plan! 👍
I’m wondering how far in advance I can put this together. Any idea how long the pizza dough can sit before baked?
This is amaze-balls! 😆 I cannot wait to make this for Sunday. 🏈
How deep should the sheet pan be to encompass the dips sufficiently? More than an inch deep?
How far in advance of baking it can you make this?
I’m sure you can compile all the dips a day or so ahead and then bake it all at once when ready.
How much of an edge should the sheet pan have?
How much of an edge should the cookie sheet have?
Do you think fat free cream cheese, or reduced fat would work or would it need to be full fat?
What pizza dough did you use?
I found some at my local grocery store in bags near the deli. Trader Joe’s has a good one, and you can use the ones in the refrigerated section or even make your own.
What a marvelous post you have. LOVE YOUR DIP RECEIPES. Keep your wonders coming as I for one loves to entertain, with delish foods.
Oh thanks! I’m glad you like them! Thanks for stopping by today 👏
Great Idea!!! I am going to try this for the holidays!! Love the recipes! Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Thanks Diane!
Made this last year! It was good
Now I’m waiting for a fathead dough keto version to appear on Hip2Keto.
Lol 😂 that’s a good idea!
Ug, no parties with crowds!! I feel it’s irresponsible for Hip2Save to be encouraging people to party with crowds. How about more delightful baked goods to share with your household and limited bubble??
Oh yes, agree. This was originally posted last year before COVID.
Awesome — because with great power, comes great responsibility. 😉
Yes! This was my first thought as well. Please don’t encourage gatherings. We love you, hip2save, and you have many followers. Use your influence wisely!
This is enough to feed my family. I would need double for a party. Many of us hip2savers have a large family and that is why we need to save money. Great recipe! Thank you
No one is going to have a large gathering because of an appetizer that Hip2Save posts. If they are going to do, they are going to do it. Personally, I loved this recipe and it was a great reminder of something I could make for Christmas Eve. Thank you for all your yummy food ideas Lina.
Could you use Rhodes rolls?
Yes you can. We cut the rolls in half. We make this for dinner every once in a while.
This is amazing! Thank you for the share🤤
Thank you for the inspiration !
Sure! Enjoy!
Ive ben trying to think of ways to brighten the holidays for my teenagers after the excitement of Christmas is gone since we are extremely social distancing due to my daughter’s compromised immune system. It’s been a little sad for them at times but this will add some fun to a game night for us! Thanks for the idea!
Aw yay! And I know this year is a big bummer 🙁 in lots of ways and wishing you all the best.
How long could this be refrigerated before baking? Thinking of making the day before and putting each dip in separate containers and doughballs in another.
Cookie dough is usually good for 2-4 days covered in the fridge and up two two months in the freezer.
can i omit meat for vegetarian option? or should we be adding something in place of meat?
Hi there, just wondering what size pan to use…or should i use two pans?
Thanks
Lina, I love all your thoughtful recipes and crafty ideas! This is perfect for the holidays! Thank you for sharing!
Oh thanks for your kind words!
Could you do this with store bought dips?
Are there store bought dips that you bake? If so I would assume so. I can’t think of an example. Or maybe bake the dough balls and fill in with dips maybe?
can this be prepared in advanced and then heated before serving without the dough getting soggy?
Hey there, Joey! You could prep the dips ahead of time and then assemble right before baking! Hope this is helpful! 💕
For the chopped sundried tomatoes, 1/4 of what?
Sorry about that, Sara! It should be 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped. We’ll get this updated! 🤗
