Frozen Yogurt Bark is a Fun and Easy Summertime Treat!
Make frozen yogurt bark by freezing yogurt on a sheet pan with berries and granola.
Frozen yogurt fans will love this simple idea!
If you have extra yogurt hanging around in your fridge, try making frozen yogurt bark. It’s such a creative way to serve fruit and yogurt and makes a really fun project to enjoy with the kids.
The possibilities are honestly endless with variations of frozen yogurt bark!
You can customize this idea with any fruit or topping combination your family prefers, or utilize any fruit that is about to expire so it doesn’t go to waste. You can even drizzle sweet syrups like chocolate or caramel or use chocolate chips for more of a dessert variation.

Years ago, when we first shared this idea, I made frozen yogurt bark using vanilla yogurt, kiwi, and chopped pistachios. I personally loved this combo because we enjoy pistachio ice cream and this salty-sweet combo is delish.
Here are some other fun frozen yogurt bark combos to consider for inspiration:
- lemon yogurt with raspberries and strawberries
- vanilla yogurt with peanut butter drizzle, chocolate chips, and sliced bananas
- vanilla yogurt with white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles
- blueberry yogurt with blueberries, honey, and sliced almonds
- vanilla yogurt with chopped mango, pineapple, and coconut flakes
Tips for making frozen yogurt bark:
- Use the style, brand, and flavor of yogurt your family prefers. This is easy to cater to your family’s taste! I will say that 2% fat yogurt seems to be heartier and won’t get crystalized as much as nonfat. This would be preferred it over nonfat yogurt.
- Be sure to use prep the sheet pan with parchment paper. This will make it so easy to crack the bark once it’s frozen!
- Store any leftover bark in a freezer-safe bag or container with a lid. It can last about 3 months in the freezer.
- This Bear Naked cashew granola with cacao I’ve used for my yogurt bark is delicious! I highly recommend it if you love granola.

Yum! Works with what kind of fruit – fresh, frozen, canned?
I used fresh fruit. I’m sure you could use your preference. π
Sweet idea. I make my own plain Greek yogurt so this would be great with honey drizzled over it with some granola OR fresh maple syrup drizzled over it with walnuts.
Yes! Sounds amazing π
Looks delicious and easy to make thanks!!!
Sure! Enjoy π
Thank you looks delicious
Easy to make uncomfortable to eat feels weird on my teeth
Doesn’t the fruit need to be diced not just sliced? Trying to bite into a big strawberry would be a bit difficult, wouldn’t it? Just a thought. Looks fun! We will have to try with smaller pieces of fruit. Thanks for the idea!
Ya you can dice smaller! It was sliced thin, but itβs up to your preference!
