More tips for making this Korean ground beef bowl:

  • Love spicy? Consider grabbing the spicy Bachan’s BBQ sauce! We love this one also. You could also add some hot honey or chili crisp oil.
  • If anyone isn’t a fan of cottage cheese, it’s easy to leave out.
  • If you are using this as meal prep, just divide out the ground beef and sweet potatoes in a container and hold back the avocado and cottage cheese until ready to eat.

You can easily make this into a Korean beef and rice bowl!

The second time I made this, I also made some white rice to serve along with this flavorful ground beef, and it was also a big hit! My family loved this easy meal idea, and I know yours will too. This bowl is proof that you don’t need a ton of ingredients or time to make something crave-worthy and healthier.
