Here’s what a former Hip sidekick said about her mini s’mores pie:
“This was such a fun way to enjoy s’mores at home without the hassle of a fire outside. My daughter was a happy camper and thought these were such a yummy treat!”
Here are a couple of tips to keep in mind when making these mini s’mores pies:
- Times will vary but you definitely need to watch these as the marshmallow topping can go from white to overcooked quickly.
- Mini marshmallows will give you the most consistent and even roasting results, but you can also opt to use normal or jumbo marshmallows instead.
Mini S'mores Pie
yield: 6 SERVINGS
prep time: 2 MINUTES
cook time: 8 MINUTES
total time: 10 MINUTES
Chocolate and marshmallow are baked in a single-serve graham cracker crust for an easy and innovative take on the classic s'mores sandwich.
Ingredients
- Mini graham cracker pie crusts, 6-count (we use Keebler Ready Crusts)
- 3 full size chocolate bars (we used Hershey's)
- 1 bag mini marshmallows
Directions
1
Preheat your oven to 350°.
2
Place your mini graham cracker crusts onto a baking sheet to make cooking multiple pies at once a bit easier.
3
While your oven is preheating, break apart your chocolate pieces and place them into mini graham cracker crusts, about 4-6 pieces of chocolate. You can use as much or as little as you'd like, but make sure to save some room for marshmallows!
4
Cover the chocolate pieces with mini marshmallows, about 15. Again, use a many as you'd like!
5
Put the mini smores pies into your oven. Bake for 3 minutes in a countertop oven or for 8 minutes in a full-sized oven. Make sure to check your oven regularly to be sure your marshmallows do not overcook.
6
Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying with friends and family!

Looks awesome, but I will add more chocolate haha! Thanks!
You’re welcome, Shawna! Enjoy!
EXACTLY what I was thinking! lol
We just made these last night! They were soo good!! May have to try with Reese’s next time.
That sounds yummy too! Thanks for the idea, Courtney!
I’ve made them before and used a handful of chocolate chips instead Of the Hershey’s. Same result. It was delicious but too rich to eat more than one so if you’re making them for a crowd you only need as many as ppl you are hosting.
My teen daughter will love making these! Do you set them on a cookie sheet in the regular oven, or directly on the rack?
Hi there! You could do either, however the pan may help prevent the crust from burning since they are so small. Hope this helps!
Perfect. Thank you Amber!!
You’re very welcome!
These look delicious – I don’t have the crusts, but do have graham crackers so I’ll make them in little ramekins. Thank you!
How would I have to edit this as I’m using one big graham pie crust
How do you store for later? Covered on counter or in fridge ?!
Hi Mary! You can assemble them and cover with plastic wrap until you are ready to bake them. The chocolate and marshmallow won’t keep the same texture or consistency when storing them after baking. Hoping that helps!
Followed the mini s’mores pies recipe to the tee, did not like them , the chocolate was stuck to the graham cracker and they out hard has a rock! No I did not over cook them!
Could you use heath bars or rolos?
YUM! We haven’t tried that yet but trying out other chocolate candies sounds delish. The Rolos will likely be a bit more meltable than Heath Bars, and Mini Reeses cups could be fun to try too!
that’s such a great idea!
I agree, Mary Ann! Enjoy! 😊
