Oreo Cookie Pudding Pops
Looking for an easy and refreshing treat for the summer? If you love the taste of Oreo cookies and the smooth texture of pudding, then you are gonna love these yummy three-ingredient frozen Jell-o Pudding Pops! You can even customize them and use whichever type of milk you prefer (I used almond milk and they came out awesome!).
Hip Tip: I used five 9 oz. paper cups and popsicle sticks for these frozen treats. You can even use your own plastic or stainless steel popsicle molds instead!
OREO COOKIE PUDDING POPS RECIPE

cook time: 10 MINUTES

Creamy pudding pops featuring oreo cookies, as a fun easy to make homemade treat!
Ingredients
For the Popsicles:
- 4.2 oz. Oreo Cookies & Cream Jell-O packet
- 2 1/2 cups milk of choice (I used vanilla almond milk and loved it)
- Oreo cookie crumbs from 5 cookies
Directions
1
Whisk pudding and milk together. Crush cookies and add crumbs to bottom of paper cups. Pour pudding mixture into cups and top with remaining crumbs if desired.
2
Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for five hours or longer until completely frozen. Peel paper cup off to serve. This recipe made a total of five pops (I filled each 9 oz paper cup halfway).

*drool* These look amazing!
Ha thanks Susie!
My kids will be in heaven – I have been making popsicles with limeade, v8 fusion, grape juice, and they LOVE those, so these will be amazingly awesome!
Love love love – can’t wait to try!
Those look delicious! Can’t wait to make them. Thanks for the great idea!
You’re welcome Lori!
Yum, fun treat for the kids to help with. I guess since it is pudding consistency then the popsicle sticks will stay upright while freezing?
Yes it was thick enough too. I just made sure to place them in freezer on a plate and adjust if need to, thanks!
Ok…so my diet “will” officially start over tomorrow.
This is sure to make me worlds greatest mom! Thanks Lina!
You’re welcome, enjoy!
Anyone know the calorie count on these? If it stays under 100 per pop that would be a great treat on a diet
I added it up, each pop is approximately 139 calories and 2.1g fat. If you use the unsweetened vanilla almond milk, it takes them down to 109 calories each, fat stays the same.
Not bad thanks
this is ingenious! how fun!
Hey Colin,
I notice these awesome recipes all of the time but I think what would be cool is you put where we could get the deals and which coupons to use to get these items to make the recipes. Just a suggestion of course but love the recipe.
Seriously should she make them for you too!?!?
Anyone have suggestions on Popsicle molds they like??? Looking to buy some for the summer
I got some from ikea for cheap
SuzyQ, I hated the ones from the dollar store and the ones from Target were pretty flimsy too. The ones I love and have held up the best (7 years and counting) are from Bed Bath Beyond. Of course I used a 20% off coupon 🙂
Uh, oh. I had to check online and there is a Jello Coconut Cream Pudding….yum, like Almond Joy pops if you used almond milk and Oreos.
With temperatures over 100 here already, this looks like a great snack idea. I am gluten free, but could still make these with vanilla or chocolate pudding and gluten free jo jo’s from Trader Joes!!! Thanks for the great idea!
Lina love all your homemade recipes!!
Anyone know how to make orange creamsickles? And thanks so much for the above recipe and comments. Collin and Lina Rock!
Thanks! 👍
Kroger sells an orange creamsicle pudding mix! Yum!
Anyone know a healthier substitute for the jello pack?
We avoid all artificial flavors.
thank you Lina,my next potluck recipe 🙂
maybe frozen bananas then blend them til they’re ice cream consistency.
To make them with less carbs/sugar you could try sugar free pudding. I usually look for one with sucralose as I find aspartame to be very horrible in taste. I have never tried sugar free cookies ,but a healthy fat/fiber option might be chopped nuts ie:
walnuts, ,almonds etc. We always use unsweetened almond milk as well.
