To make walking s’mores, you basically just need small individual bags of cookies like Teddy Grahams, chocolate chips or bars, and marshmallows. I personally thought using the bags of Keebler Fudge Stripes was even easier because you can skip the chocolate and just add your roasted marshmallows! In fact, when we camp, we just use those full-sized cookies and marshmallows—YUM!
So many ways to roast marshmallows!
I love walking smores as an easy dessert idea because they’re not only for camping! Of course, you can roast marshmallows over a campfire in the wilderness the old-fashioned way, but a fire pit in the backyard, an outdoor BBQ grill, an indoor oven set to broil, or even a gas stovetop burner will do in a pinch.
Whichever method you use to toast up your marshmallows, you’ll want to supervise it all, especially with small kiddos.
