Details: If you decide to continue service after your free trial, the subscription plan you choose will automatically renew and you will be charged according to your chosen payment method at then-current rates. To cancel you must call 1-866-635-2349.
This was not the most legitimate offer. Asked for my credit card and told me when i would be billed again.
That’s how most free trials are – Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime – anything that only lasts a set amount of days and then will renew. As long as you cancel before the end of the 2 months you won’t be charged again.
I went throught the credit card installation process expecting to be told that I would be billed in June. Instead, they told me my next billing would be in October. That confused me so I stopped the process.
I have a car that previously had Sirius, so I’m surprised I didn’t qualify.

If it aksed for pymt info, you must not qualify. I just purchased a preowned vehicle and I didn’t have to give any payment info to get the trial.
They have horrible customer service. I got a free trial with my new car and had so much trouble with them when I called to pay a year service (I was trying to PAY for a full year!) that I canceled the free 2 months I still had.
We had customer service problems too. I would never give them my cc info again. We got charged for a radio unit that we had cancelled. They wouldn’t even try to work things out.
Oh bummer! Sorry to hear about that! Thanks for the honest feedback Charmel!
Thank you so much for the free trial no card number or anything 🙌🏼
You’re very welcome! Enjoy!
I don’t understand the draw to this. A free trial came with our car. Just not my thing. But sirus has been calling me at least twice a week for months to renew. Can’t get off their list and it’s annoying.
Tina the just settle law suit to call people. I just not sure what is outcome of it. ANYONE?
They were calling me non-stop after my trial ended. They eventually stopped calling but they still send email and mail to my apartment.
We have Sirius in our car and LOVE it! Here’s the trick that not many people know (I read this idea online): right before your free trial is up, call Sirius and tell them you want to cancel. They will make several “offers” to keep you as a customer that are very expensive. Tell them you want the $24.99 for six months deal. Don’t budge. They will hem and haw and say they need to speak to their supervisor. Let them!! Then once you get this deal, put it on your calendar and call before your six month deal ends. Then do the same thing (every six months). We’ve been dong this for two years now and it’s worked just fine. We love having Sirius in our car, especially for long distance trips. No commercials and great music!
Great to hear you have enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing!
I have been a SiriusXM customer for years. I love it. The trick is tell them no to every offer until they offer you six months for 24.99. This is what I always do. You just have to remember to cancel before it renews.
Thanks for the tip!
Got letter for trial for 2 months, tried to get radio in my pre owned truck. All that comes in is the promo on channel I. 2 days into trial and nothing to hear but the promo. None of the channels work.
Just tried to activate my XM radio in my pre-owned car. Was told that my radio wasn’t eligible (no explanation as to why) but that there’s a GREAT offer. Was going out on a limb to give it a try, but if you can’t even pull through on your free offer, why would I sign up with you to PAY for it! Told the customer service rep to delete my info and forget I called. Ridiculous, pretty disappointed at my first attempt to see what I’ve been missing.
its bc its an older radio. ive sold GM cars for 15 years this has nothing to do with your free trial in your car that thru GM and Onstar and they set it up. Its a process to set the older radios up thats why no free trial. they are not going to do what htey have to do to get your radio to work for free and then do it just for a free trial. i dont blame them i can imagine how much they would lose setting those radios up
I just received a letter stating I would be given a Free 2 – month Trial Subscription to Sirius XM because , I had brought my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 in for service . Would you please activate this reward ? Thank You , Bobby MY Radio ID : CHHJX2HHW My Service Visit Date : 9 / 12 / 2017
I have been trying to get my free two month Sirius fo free but when I hit the continued button it won’t go any further. I would like to have it without talking to someone.
I keep receiving a 2month free trial prescription for a 2014 ford F-150 which I have never owned this has been going on for at least a year now. the only ford I have ever owned was a mustang from back in late 60’s and that was well before xm radio was even thought about. only time I have X M radio is when I get free trial after purchasing a new vehicle otherwise I don’t want it don’t need it I have my music on my phone plug it in to vehicle and walla I have all the music I need.
I received a letter telling me I had a 2-month free trial subscription to Sirius. Took my Kia Soul 2012 in for service. Please could you activate this service? Thank you
Hi there! Be sure to call in to their customer service for help with that! 1-866-635-2349
Please activate the 2-month free trial, outlined in the letter I received via USPS. I understand that this is a trial only. I will not have to cancel. As the letter states, the trial will cancel on it’s own when the trial period is over. If this is not the case, do not activate.
If such is true I will like to activate…
