We did this deal a few weeks ago and the food is really good and super simple to prepare. Unfortunately the price does not fit in my budget to continue ordering but I would highly recommend the food.

We did this a few weeks ago and the quality of food is great. Instruction cards are simple to understand. We just felt that the portions for some of the meals were a little skimpy. I wouldn’t say we overeat at dinner but we tend to have our biggest meal of the day during dinner. And we were left wanting more on 2 out of the 3 meals we got that week.

I tried this with your last post and I absolutely LOVED 2 out of 3 meals. The third was an Indian dish and I don’t like Indian food! Anyway, it was the first time I’ve tried any service like that and it was the best thing ever to know all of my ingredients were pre-measured and all I had to do was throw it together. I was also surprised people said they felt like the portions were small. I felt the exact opposite! I felt like there was enough for my husband and I and my three boys (2,4,6) to eat. Amazing food. Easy instructions. Highly recommend if you can afford it. Definitely worth it! Especially if you think about all the times you just end up eating out because you don’t want to cook… I can’t be the only one! Ha ha

I really liked the meals – pan cooked chicken, steak, and tortellini. They were quick and easy and all tasted very good. I kept the instruction cards because I learned some new ways to cook my vegetables with my proteins. Too pricey to continue, but would be nice to do every once in a while. We also re-used the huge ice packets that came with it in our Memorial Day party cooler!

I did this last time and I loved it. Everything was fresh and nothing smooshed, leaking or going bad. All my meals were very tasty and I thought portions were just right for myself & husband as we don’t like to eat a lot at dinner time. Thank you Collin for the post for me to try this!

My three meals from Gobble were delicious and super easy and quick to make. Just too expensive for my budget. Be sure to skip the next 2 weeks right away and cancel after receiving your order.

Thanks so much for your review Melissa! Glad to hear how yummy the food was!

I did a Gobble trial a few weeks ago and was so surprised. The meals were hearty, delicious, and easy & quick to cook. The ahi poke bowl was AMAZING. I left my account active and just skip the dinners until I see something that looks yummy. Highly recommend.

Sweet! Thanks for sharing your experience Alicia!

I tried once before. Honestly, it is better than blue apron because it prepare most of the step and save my time on cooking it. It even cooked the meat already, so that I only need to reheat it. But 2 things I don’t like is the quantity is not much. For a big eater like me is definite not enough. Second is if you want to learn some new dishes like me, it won’t help because its sauces is ready to be used, and prepared step which won’t able to let you learn how to make it yourself.

Thanks so much for the honest feedback!

It only took $35.85 off my two-person order. That’s 50%. I guess you have to do the 4-person option to get $50 off.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Have you by chance already used this promotion? If not, be sure to follow the directions exactly as listed above. I am still finding that to work for me. Hope this helps!

    • Anne

Update: I called and they overrode it to make it $50 off the 2-person plan.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh good! Thanks for the update!

        • Doreen

Was having the same issue even when following the directions…maybe I’ll try calling!

Like Gobble way more than Blue Apron. I deal the deal a few weeks ago where you got six meals for free or something like that. I was surprised by the quality and taste of the food. Probably one of the best hamburgers I had ever had. Also, I don’t know if there was a mistake or I don’t remember adding extra meat but I received extra chicken and hamburger so I had enough for lunches the next day. Blue Apron is just blah. I am trying Home Chef this week!

Did anyone actually get $50 taken off with 2-person plan?

      • Darcie

Oops, I meant for 👆🏼 my above comment to reply to a different comment.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes! I am still finding the deal to work as listed above. Be sure to follow all steps listed to grab the offer. Hope this helps!

As new transplants to Boise, Idaho, I decided to give this a go tonight. Can’t wait to get our first three meals – they look delicious! Thanks so much for this post!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Oh awesome! You’re so welcome!

I tried Gobble recently and thought the food was delicious and very easy to prepare. Portions were decent but no leftovers here! I feel like it’s too expensive for an every week situation, but I’ll keep my membership open and when I have a particularly busy week (or don’t want to grocery shop) I will order again. Thanks for these amazing deals!
