The news that Target will ship free two-day to Redcard holders with no minimum really isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. I tried to order some of these toys online, and I can’t get the free two-day shipping. Before I can even checkout I am forced to either choose in-store pick-up or add more items to reach the minimum. I guess dog toys are excluded…
