A Frugal Way to Spruce Up Your Bathroom Wall Decor
Check out how Hip2Save reader Amanda created a frugal and super cute teacher/bridal gift using inexpensive bathroom signs and Dollar Store items!
“My 3rd grader’s teacher is getting married this month, and tomorrow the class mom is hosting a bridal shower and the kiddos were asked to bring in gifts. I checked her teacher’s Amazon registry & spotted these super cute/high quality bathroom art prints (set of 4) for only $7.77 (now just a bit over $5).
I purchased those, picked up some black 8×10 frames and a gift bag at the Dollar Store, and headed home to put them together. I thought this was a super cute $15 bridal shower gift that could also work for Christmas or just jazzing up the bathroom decor on the cheap!
P.S. – I scored some Crock-Pot lunch warmers today for teacher gifts! Thrilled at the price since I have a middle-schooler with several main teachers!”
What a frugal gift idea!

Just ordered these. Super cute
I just ordered the 2nd set, which was like $8.09, but I liked the sayings better.
Love this! I think your teacher will love it too. Good job mom!
You could also find cute printable of Pinterest, upload the file to Walgreens and when they offer free 8×10 get one printed at a time, final cost would only be the frame that you put it in…but maybe I’m too cheap…
No no no…not cheap – frugal !! And very smart as well. Good idea !!
Where on Pinterest do you find the prints at?
Search free printables. I’ve pinned lists of 100s of free signs.
Good idea. Its fun to have innovative ideas and see them come out looking quite fancy and expensive but in fact they were done on the cheap. Plus a personal touch adds that much more..
