Through April 1st or while supplies last, Chick-fil-A’s menu now features Chicken Tortilla Soup at participating restaurants nationwide.
Available in a cup or a bowl, this seasonal soup features a cream base with shredded chicken breast, and navy & black beans with a perfect blend of vegetables and a kick of spicy heat. It’s served topped off with seasoned corn tortilla strips- YUM!

- Members earn points with every purchase, earning more points per dollar spent as they reach new membership tiers (see info on tiers below).
- Points can be used to redeem available rewards or members can choose to save their points for redemption later.
- Members can now earn points for online catering orders using their Chick-fil-A One account!
- Members may receive surprise rewards from their local Chick-fil-A restaurant(s).
- Every member receives a birthday reward.
Each of the four membership tiers has increasing benefits, including receiving more points per dollar spent (seen below). To see your current membership status, you can click on the “Rewards” tab at the bottom of the app or view your account online.
- Chick-fil-A One Member: $1 spent = earn 10 points
- Chick-fil-A One Silver Member: $1 spent = earn 11 points
- Must earn 1,000 points in a year to achieve Silver Member status
- Chick-fil-A One Red Member: $1 spent = earn 12 points
- Must earn 5,000 points in a year to achieve Red Member status
- Chick-fil-A One Signature Member: $1 spent = earn 13 points
- Must earn 10,000 points in a year to achieve Signature Member status

If I remember correctly I got my freebie on my birthday
we received a reward last week from the va coast group of cfa, i did similar to reader up top and used points for a drink too— i think the birthday reward either shows up that day or is it just about 3 days early, but it’s good for probably at least the normal redemption time about a week or longer
unfortunately the bday reward is my least favorite (& least valuable) reward that they send – a free cookie. at least for me that’s what I got for the past 2 or 3 yrs. Seems like it used to be a CFA sandwich.
My birthday reward was for a ‘free dessert’, which I found is good on a milkshake as well as a cookie. I would have preferred a sandwich, but the milkshake was really good!

I don’t have this one, but my local restaurant owner is really a generous guy. I get a freebie about once every other month. Had a free chicken biscuit a couple weeks ago, a free chocolate chip cookie and shake in December. And other rewards before that.
