If you are watching on DirecTV or the DirecTV App, go to live channels and live streaming only. If you are watching on DirecTVSTREAM go to live channels and ON Demand only.
That’s it! You should be able to enjoy access to all of the following channels:
- HBO on Channels 501-511
- HBO MAX episodes on Channel 1501
- CINEMAX Channels 515-523
- STARZ Channels 525-542 (not available on DIRECTV STREAM).
- SHOWTIME Channels 545-557
- EPIX Channels 558-560

Attention AT&T and DirecTV customers!
As another option, if you are an AT&T or DirecTV customer, you may be able to score 3 free months of HBO Max!
Check out these HIP TIPS from readers:
- If you have AT&T mobile with an unlimited plan, HBO Max is included for free. Login and check your AT&T account. Download the HBO Max app and you will be asked for which provided and pick AT&T. You may need to go to a website on a computer and activate.
- If you have DirecTV, log into your account and check the promotions/offers tab for 3 free months and look for the offer like the one pictured above!
