If done lightly, it’s very safe. They’re not promoting anything crazy. It’s natural de-puffing like gua-sha or dry brushing. I think some of you are confused.

Thank you for the information and techniques. There may be certain circumstances where people may not be able to benefit from this massage technique directly. That being said, those individuals in their health care regimen, are also told to not obtain massages, acupuncture, facials and other forms of these techniques. A disclaimer may appease the above nelly’s.
These techniques are very valuable to those in the world that do in fact spend hundreds a month on anti aging and wellness techniques (not speaking for myself, I am just a healthcare professional). This is beneficial and some of these techniques have been utilized for cold relief and sickness dating numerous decades back.
