I tried renewing my cancelled subscription using the promo code and instead, my card was charged the full monthly subscription rate. I have contacted Panera customer service hoping they will either refund the charge or give me a gift card in that amount. I will definitely be cancelling prior to the next charge date. I don’t pass by Panera frequently enough to pay that much per month, since I can usually only pick up a free drink once or twice a month.
