Yep, I’m Still Using This Amazon Rebate Site… And I’ve Saved $150 to Date!
The Amazon rebate site, Rebaid, seemed too good to be true, but I just used it again & it’s better than ever!
I’m back with even more Rebaid savings!
Okay, okay, I know I’ve been talking a lot about the Amazon rebate site, Rebaid, but guys… it just keeps getting better! Like I mentioned in my last update, I became eligible for direct deposit after redeeming two rebates, so of course I had to try that out ASAP. 🙃
I know that we had some skepticism about Rebaid in the past, and I can totally see why! I get that it seems too good to be true, but I’ve continued using the rebates and I can confidently say that it’s completely legit.
To be completely transparent, we have now partnered up with Rebaid (after my success with their rebate offers) to help spread the word about their site. HOWEVER, please know that neither Rebaid, nor my Hip2Save team, is asking me to apply for these or any rebate offers. I’ve been personally using this site on my own time, at my own will, using my own money — I’ve just scored some amazing savings & truly can’t recommend Rebaid enough!
But before I get into my latest buys, let me recap my Rebaid adventures so far!
Just in case you guys missed my last updates, here’s what Rebaid is & how it works.
If it’s not already obvious enough, Rebaid is a rebate website that offers rebates on tons of products! Plus, it’s FREE to join Rebaid and it truly is for any online shopper since they offer such a wide range of products from large retailers like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.
Best of all, they even offer rebates for 100% back 😱 so you can essentially score FREE products! Like I said, I totally understand how incredibly scammy it might seem to you (or maybe not!), and if I’m speaking from my own experience, I was actually thinking the same thing when I first heard about Rebaid.
To summarize my experience so far, my first buys included a steamer basket (pictured above!), some cat grass for my boyfriend’s cat 😽, and these Cleverfy Shower Steamers. And yep, they were all freebies after the rebate!
I had a ton of fun getting free stuff, but I also had one tiny complaint…
The first few times I used Rebaid, they said it could take about five weeks to receive the rebate checks. 😱 Luckily, I had received mine a bit earlier than that and never had any problem depositing them. But when the checks take such a long time to arrive, it feels less like getting “free items” and more like getting “surprise money” way later down the road.
I mean, I also enjoy surprise money 🤣, so the wait wasn’t that big of a deal for me.
But I admit that it’s a lot more satisfying to get the cash back & see the discounts right away! When you find something you could really use but don’t exactly have the budget for it at the moment, it’s a little bit of a bummer to have to skip a deal because the rebate takes a while to get to you.
However, after I redeemed my second rebate, I was able to get direct deposit!
And it made the Rebaid process even more exciting! This month, I ordered a set of velour curtains for $5 after rebate (originally $29.99 at time of purchase) and this wall-mounting garage tool organizer for $15 (originally $44.99!).
I was already hooked before I even got direct deposit, but the process was so easy & fast that I can’t wait to keep scoring more freebies!
To get the direct deposit, you just have to redeem at least two rebates and have an account that’s at least five weeks old.
Here’s how direct deposit with Rebaid works:
- So first of all, if you do decide to go the direct deposit route, there is a $1 fee. That was totally worth it to me, as I’d much rather pay a tiny fee to get my money back many times quicker.
- Rebaid will give you a date to expect the refund in your account. This is super straightforward, so the only thing to really note here is that they’ll give you the number of business days before it appears. So if it comes a day later than expected because of a holiday or weekend, don’t sweat it!
- Wait the 3-5 business days for the payment. Yep, that’s it! All ya have to do is wait a few days and you’ll see it deposited into your account.
The direct deposit process couldn’t be easier, and even though I technically got the previous items for free after rebate, I definitely felt more like I was scoring a great deal when it only took a few days for the money to pop back into my bank account.
And in case you haven’t used Rebaid before, here’s how to get started!
There are two ways you can place your order after opting in for the rebate:
- If it’s a Search/Find/Buy offer, you could search for the featured Rebaid product on the designated retailer’s website (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) & place your order.
- Or, if you attempt to search and navigate back to Rebaid’s website, they will provide you with a direct link to the product. This requires you to click through to the retailer’s site and then return back to Rebaid, but it’s much easier in my opinion than searching. Note you are limited on the number of direct links Rebaid will provide, as they encourage the searching method.
After your order is submitted, you’ll go back to your Rebaid account and enter your order number so they know you bought it!
& that’s literally all you do to get your rebate! 🙌
With all of that said, it’s hard to find any real caveats to keep me from recommending this Amazon rebate site to anyone. Aside from my New York sales tax not being covered by the rebate and the amount of time a paper check could take, it’s hard to argue against something that truly works and gives you the ability to essentially score free products!
And now that I have direct deposit? You can bet I’ll be scooping up all the best deals, so you guys better hurry if you wanna beat me to it! 🤣
So what are you waiting for friends?! This Amazon rebate site is a total win for all!

I’ve used this site to get about $700 free items for myself or others. Yes, there are limited quantities, yes not all of it appeals to everyone, yes you have to wait a little bit for a check but I’ve had absolutely no problems in the 4 months I’ve been using it. I check it multiple times a day since some things can go quick.
Amazon quite often blocks reviews from “promoted” products. That’s Amazon, not the companies who are giving out their product for exposure.
I have been using Rebaid since January. I buy about 3-5 products a week and have been paid back for every single item. I use several rebate sites and Rebaid is BY FAR my favorite as I have had no issues with them. I highly recommend them! It is such a blessing to get so many products free. Many items I would have never tried before and now love. I have also fully stocked my gift closet!!
I just checked my account and I have been paid for over $2,000 of rebates!!
So I submitted my first one about 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for check. Just realized that my husbands name is on the amazon acct but the rebaid acct is in my name. Will that be a problem?
Hi Kim! It takes about 5 weeks for the checks to arrive, but in the meantime, you may want to reach out to the company (support@rebaid.zendesk.com) to inquire about the Rebaid account name vs. Amazon account name. I can’t imagine it’s an issue but I haven’t personally experienced that so the company would have a more concrete answer for you. Hope that helps!
It shouldn’t be a problem, as I have the same thing. Rebaid is in my name and email, but the Amazon is under my husband and his email. The check came made out to me, so I think you’ll be fine.
I subscribed to the emails and everything on this site. Looked for offers dozens of times and every single time, the items were not available. It says something like “Check back at 2:00 a.m.”. Really? I don’t think so. I unsubscribed and feel that the site is total garbage.
It is total garbage once they don’t pay you & you’re out of luck with the junk bc they don’t pay after 45 days
Discount promotions/codes also don’t work half of the time either. Super random stuff that doesn’t seem to update much or if it’s good it gets snatched up and comes back and 3 am, there is no way I’m setting an alarm for 3 am to fight someone over a $12 herb grinder, girl bye!
I only do reviews when amazon sends me a email telling me to review the product that I ordered. Maybe they will ban me because they told me to do the review. LOL
Every order is linked to each other. Amazon will ban you or won’t let you do reviews when Amazon noticed you’re only buying stuff from this rebaid website. Every time u give your order # to them, it is tracked.
Hi Judy & Patricia,
This is Cleora from Rebaid! Rebates do not violate Amazon’s Terms of Service. Leaving a review on a product you purchased through our site after Amazon has prompted you to do so, will not result in being banned! Happy shopping! 🙂
Not to burst your bubbles, but the sellers on rebaid DM me to give them 5 star reviews. I figured I help them out since they asked. All of my reviews for items purchased on the rebaid website wouldn’t post. The sellers keep asking so I submitted multiple times but Amazon wouldn’t approve it. Out of curiosity, I posted reviews for my other purchases not from Rebaid. I got confirmation from Amazon after 2 days! I even received a letter from the sellers on rebaid to keep trying to write a review, since they wrote me a letter…I figured I should help them with 5 star review! No matter how many times I post the reviews, Amazon won’t approve it but Amazon approved all of my other reviews for purchases NOT rebaid related.
Hi Cleora, I was supposed to receive a check in September. It has been months since I made the purchase on Amazon and still haven’t received the rebate check even though it says it would be mailed September 10. I’ve emailed rebaid twice with no response from customer service. Can you please assist?
Hi Chris, thank you for bringing this to my attention. Please email me directly at cleora@rebaid.com. We will get this sorted for you right away!

Yikes. After reading all of these comments, think I’ll pass on this one.
Is there an app for this??
Hi there! I’m not finding an app for this.
After reading your original post a month or so ago, I decided to give it a try. I couldn’t be happier! It works exactly as you stated. I’ve now used it for 6 items and have a nice head start on my Christmas shopping. There have been zero issues getting my rebate checks either. I’ve never been asked to leave a review. Thanks, H2S!
Yay! That’s wonderful to hear! Thanks a bunch for letting us know how well it has been working for you!
So, pretty exciting! I ordered an item, set up for my rebate. Now my question is, do they have an app? Or do I have to use your link each time to find them? Or search online each time. Thanks for the recommendation and help!!
Hi, does anyone know if it would work with Subscribe & Save as well? Or does it have to be the exact amount?
Yes! I have used it for a few subscribe and save items and received the check just the same.
Wait till they find out what you’re doing, don’t be surprised if you don’t get paid lol
This looks great! I even got a few things already, but I had a few questions and could not find info online..
Does this work if there is an additional discount code for the item, like a percent off code?
Can I pay with rewards dollars that i get from my credit card(making the price I pay less or even $0)?
Can I pay with an amazon gift card?
Thanks for any answers! I want to make sure I am doing the process correctly!
They’re not going to pay you if you used a coupon! It clearly says it on some of the items! DO NOT USE COUPON …..you’re taking a risk if u like the free stuff! Whenever you give your order # to them. You are being tracked! Amazon will know if you’re only buying stuff from this website & will ban your reviews even if the reviews are legit & not incentivized. Be warn! If you don’t don’t mind losing your Amazon account then continue to use the website to risk Amazon tracking you down
FYI some rebates specifically say to use a coupon to match the price. It’s usually in the title if so.
If your balance gets too high like over $200, “Scott” will cancel all of them just so he can zero out your account. I contacted Rebaid bc i did not receive my rebaid. A man named Scott replied & said
“update your phone # ”
so I did & emailed him back. He disappeared into thin air after he told me to update my phone. It’s all crickets months later until I haven’t seen my rebates so I kept contacting Rebaid. Then today, I checked my account and my $500+ rebate turned into $0.
Apparently he waited until months later when my return period is over to zero out my account & canceled all of the payments that he owes me!
Buyer beware! He will randomly pick u to cancel your account so he doesn’t have to pay you. He takes money from the seller then cancel your rebate! That’s how he makes money.
My friends said Amazon banned their accounts bc Amazon said they are affiliated with rebaid website bc they are being tracked every time they submit Rebaid their order #
Don’t say I didn’t warn you all. Your Amazon account will be banned for buying stuff from this rebaid website & this rebaid website will randomly cancel your rebates to not pay you. It will be your turn next!
Hi Scottie, the only circumstance that would result in your rebates being voided are a substantial pattern of returned, cancelled or invalid orders being submitted for rebate redemptions. Please email me at brendonf@rebaid.com from your registered Rebaid email and I will gladly look into this for you. There are many shoppers who have used Rebaid for years and collected thousands of dollars in rebate payments, including many who have commented on this thread that can dispel the assertions made in this comment.
So, how does Rebaid make money if you get up to 100% of purchase price back? Are they a charity?
We make money by charging the sellers a fee to advertise their promotions on Rebaid. The sellers oftentimes do not make money when offering larger rebate values however the benefit to their products visibility on Amazon, Walmart ect makes the investment in the promotion worthwhile.
Hi, My first one went smooth, my second one I’m having issues with, it’s not showing up as a rebate, but, the worst part is I can’t get in contact with ANYBODY about it. I had emailed the person named Scott and I got an answer once, so I figured that was valid. Now, my rebate is not showing up, I have emailed the same person, and also send feedback on the site page and no one is responding to me about my rebate. So, I am very disappointed.
Hello, please email brendon@rebaid.com from the registered email on your Rebaid account and I’ll gladly look into this for you.
My rebates were not issued after months so I emailed that Scott man. He doesn’t reply then emailed him again asking why my rebates from months ago hasn’t been sent. Today I checked back & he deleted all of my rebates. I offered to send a picture of all my of items that I ordered. But he never replied. Basically I’m just emailing to a wall. He zeroed out all of my rebates to not have to pay me bc I was my rebate amount was hundreds of dollars. That scammer Scott will tricked u into buying a bunch of junk you don’t need then zero out/cancel all your rebates. How do I file a complaint again him?? His tactic is to make you wait months then cancel all your rebates so your Amazon return period is over. Does anyone know where I can report that man. People who randomly got wronged by him should contact BBB as this man is ridiculous. Took the money from the sellers & will not pay the customers. THAT’s how he makes money!
Hi Judy, this is Brendon, I’m the founder and owner of Rebaid. Happy to look into this for you however we don’t have any shopper account registered under the name Judy Trac. The only circumstance that would result in your rebates being voided are a substantial pattern of returned, cancelled or invalid orders being submitted for rebate redemptions. Please email me at brendonf@rebaid.com from your registered Rebaid email and I will gladly look into this for you.
