Note that this coupon does not include Early Dinner Duos entrées, ToGo and Catering, alcoholic beverages, tax, and gratuity (expires 4/28/19) – valid up to $50.

Hmm, I still find the links to load up for me as I click through. Maybe try a different browser OR switch to desktop view if using a mobile device. You should find a box to enter you mobile number, to receive the coupon. Hope that helps!
They wouldn’t accept code, said they only take Olive Garden coupons no third party sites
