I also don’t take mine off but to charge it for an hour a day so that may also be a contributing factor I like the sleep tracker so I wear it at night
I can confirm the waterproof bit :). After a year of babying it like you typically would electronics, my friend told me she never takes her Apple Watch 3 off, never. 😳 So I went for it. Spent a week so far testing her claim out. Pools, beach, snorkeling in the ocean. Flip on the water 💧 function and hop in.
