Laundry Day Just Got Easier Thanks to Mesh Laundry Bags (Great for Face Masks!)
Use mesh laundry bags to protect your delicates and never lose a sock again!
Mesh laundry bags are an inexpensive laundry game-changer that will make your life SO much easier! These mesh bags will protect your clothing from being stretched, torn, snagged, or even eaten by the mysterious sock monster. 😉
They’re perfect for using with delicate fabrics, lingerie, bathing suits, sweaters, socks, and hosiery, as well as items with Velcro (we’re looking at you, baby bibs). They even work great for washing reusable face masks!
Before buying, here are a few simple tips to remember for mesh bag purchases…
- Avoid purchasing bags with drawstrings, as the strings can easily get tangled and wrapped up around other clothing, making a knotted mess. Instead, purchase bags with zippers.
- Avoid bags with loosely woven mesh. If a bra clasp can get hooked on the holes, then you’ll want to find a bag with finer netting and smaller holes.
- Have several different-sized bags on hand. You don’t want to throw one small thing into an extra-large bag, nor do you want to stuff a large, bulky sweater into a tiny bag.
- Don’t overfill your bag. If you do, your garments won’t have enough room to move around and get really clean.
Check out these highly-rated sets of mesh laundry bags:
1. BAGAIL Set of 5 Mesh Laundry Bags – $7.99
This set of five rectangular laundry bags includes one black extra large bag (24″ x 24″), two large bags (20″ x 16″), and two medium bags (15″ x 12″). They’re safe for use in both the washer and the dryer, and come with a one-year worry-free warranty.
These bags were surprisingly great quality, much higher than the brand name ones I previously owned, and the zipper is extremely smooth and secure with an extra little elastic tab to keep the zipper closed. The material of the mesh is VERY nice and thick, yet dries very fast and allows items inside to get washed very easily.
I also really like the variety of sizes that came in the pack, with some that are very large and can fit multiple sweaters! I have now been using them for about a year, and they show no signs of wear and seem to be very durable. – Amazon Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2. Gogooda Set of 7 Mesh Laundry Bags – $9.99
This set of seven mesh laundry bags includes five flat rectangular bags of different sizes and two smaller three-dimensional bags designed especially for delicates. The zippers feature an automatic lock so that they won’t open in the washer or dryer, and the, zipper cover adds extra protection from snagging and rust.
This set is AMAZING! The largest of the bags is huge – think pillowcase sized. I use it to wash my queen-sized duvet cover with some other bedding. I used to wash them in separate, smaller loads to avoid the sheet tangle. These large bags cured that problem and now I can wash everything together without having a big knot to pull apart!
The assortment of medium and smaller ones fits the bill for all my other laundry needs. These are FANTASTIC! Just buy them… you’ll be so glad you did. – Amazon Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
3. BAGAIL Set of 4 Mesh Wash Bags for Lingerie – $12.99
This set of four cylindrical mesh laundry bags includes two large bags (7″ x 7″) and two regular size bags (6″ x 6″). They’re made especially for bras and other delicates that you may otherwise need to wash by hand. These bags are extremely durable and come with an unconditional warranty against any defects in craftsmanship.
These laundry bags are wonderful! I used to put my bras through the washer and dryer and they would stretch out and lose elasticity. I just got these bags and they are so easy to use.
I fold my bras in half and can fit 2 in each one. You zip it up and throw them in the wash with the rest of your laundry. I also put them in the dryer. My bras came out exactly as I put them in.
The bags held up well in the washer and dryer and I didn’t have any issues with them. I can’t recommend these enough! – Amazon Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Use a $1 mesh laundry bag from Dollar Tree to transport sandy toys from the beach!
I’ve been washing our masks in the bags from Dollar Tree all summer. Works great
Great for socks too, to keep pairs together
I picked up the 3 pack of mesh bags at Dollar Tree and I found two of the bags were missing their zipper. The other bag didn’t last long with the zipper either. I still think this is a great idea, but I would definitely get a different bag and not one from the DT.
They are also used for color grabbers if you have he front load washers.
The 2 option has 5% off coupon for me! Yay!!
SWEET! Happy you can score the savings!
Oh you mean we are supposed to wash masks??😳🤪
