Just grab any Alexa-enabled device (Echo, Echo Show), Alexa, or Amazon Shopping mobile apps and say “Alexa, thank my driver”. You can even type in “Thank my Driver” in the search bar on Amazon’s home page to participate!
Not only will your driver receive a message that you sent your thanks, but the first TWO million messages sent will also give the driver an extra $5!
Amazon offered this promotion last year and hit their million messages mark in just ONE day prompting them to extend the promotion for another million messages! 🙌

I love this promotion I still thank my Amazon driver all year long through my Alexa even though they don’t get any money I definitely think that they should be recognized They work hard, and there are a lot of deliveries daily

Hate to be a Debbie Downer & this is just what I heard from my driver… I asked him about a month ago randomly, what happens when I thank my driver. He said ‘Not a damn thing’. Not only do they not get recognition like we are lead to believe but they never hear anything about it Period. Not sure if he was just over exaggerating or what but I did feel bad. Sadly (and this is my opinion not anyone elses ) but i fully believe it.

If you don’t have an alexa you can also just search “thank my driver” in the Amazon app to do so

I’m a contract driver (use my own vehicle) and we have badges. the Alexa thank my driver is there. I have received a $5 reward yet. and the other badges don’t really get us anything…just shows amazon we are making customers happy.
Until they start teaching delivery people how an order is packaged, I can’t thank them. A delivery should not be left on a side that there is no way that the package could have been filled & taped. Several of the drivers have confirmed they were never told this, and was like a light bulb went off when the ones that cared to receive feedback listened to this.
