As a mother of kids that do pretty well I would feel so guilty if my kids felt they needed to spend this kind of money on me for any occasion.
I know they could do it and it wouldn’t be a problem but I would much rather see that money go into a savings account or even save for school or expenses for themselves or their children.
My kids both just bought homes and we know how that is, there is always something you need, not to mention bills or unexpected expenses.
The better gift would be to just spend time with them and teach them to be wise with their money so they are able to be comfortable one day.
This is a strange suggestion considering the kids that would be an able to afford this are grown adults, now are you saying the kids should buy $350 dollar pots and pans for each set of parents?
My kids would be looking at $700 for Mother’s Day? Because if my son did that for me wouldn’t they need to do it for his wife’s mom?

Agree with previous comments. These gifts are quite extravagant especially the Caraway cookware set and appliances.
The coffee maker would be worth in the long run only for a person who is a Starbucks regular and will quit Starbucks and use the machine instead. Otherwise it’s clutter.
Candles, cake, flowers, bath and body works, gift card to favorite store or cash with a thoughtful message are good IMO.
As a mom of a young kid, I don’t expect anything more than a hug.
Hand made cards are the best.
Cozy shawls, sweaters, socks are great gifts for moms who are always cold.
