Did you sign up for the JCPenney Rewards coupon on July 22nd? You should have received an email in your inbox with your $24.99 off a $25 purchase coupon by now. If you signed up and haven’t received your coupon, you may want to reach out to their customer service here.
JCPenney just announced they are extending the coupon’s usage date through August 4th! This means if you didn’t get your coupon until yesterday, you still have plenty of time to shop!
Note that this coupon can be used both in-store and online, but make sure you read the fine print before you shop as there are a lot of exclusions. For instance, the code cannot be used with anything on sale, clearance or doorbuster, or most name-brand items.

call jcpenny at 1-888-527-7937. they will put a “note” in your account saying you did not receive your coupon and supposedly stores and placing an online order via the phone this discount will be taken off your total. just spoke to Bradly at the above number option 2.

I just called them bc on Sat the 22nd my husband had registered a new account, opted in to every and all emails, notifications etc that existed but never received the coupon. So, i just called this number you posted and the lady i spoke to verified his email and phone number and then she submitted the info that he didn’t receive his coupon to the help department (something like that) and that he would get an email within 24 hours – either with the coupon or with an explanation of why he didn’t get it.

Don’t get too excited – this coupon isn’t that great!
It can’t be used on doorbusters – which as about half of their merchandise.
It also can’t be used with percent off coupons.
Non-buster items are either under $25.00 or way over $25.00. There’s not much in the $25 to $35.00 range. So it’s probably going to end up being no more than a 30% off coupon.

I have been a rewards member for years and did receive the email to activate the offer and DID get the coupon however hubby signed up as a new member and DID NOT get. Does this seem to be the pattern?

Never got the coupon yesterday. I suspect JCP overreached offering this promo as they had a bankruptcy. Not the best way to win customers back in my opinion.

I didn’t get the coupon. I am getting emails to take their quiz, instead for 50 rewards points. I feel a bit jerked around considering JCPenney had us sign up and wait two days for the coupon. I wasted a lot of time on their website pre-shopping for items I might shop for instore and school clothing. Which is my fault – I should not have simply trusted JCPenney would fulfil their offer. Still, this would have been a very nice coupon for those of us on a tight budget and doing back to school shopping.

Was the shampoo listed as a limited time deal when you purchased? I tried ordering and it said not does not qualify for code.
The coupon states that it’s good on salon products. Make sure it’s not on a door buster or clearance. Also, I used in store. Hope this helps.
Received my coupon late last night. Hubby and I stopped in today and picked up a hand towel and wash cloth for his bathroom, 2 extra wash cloths for mine (those seem to wear out the most)…all on sale, and for a filler item to get me over $25, a set of necklace extenders (which I always seem to misplace) which were also on sale. With tax, I paid a total of $3.83. Woot!! Even the clerk was impressed at what I picked for so little.

The exceptions clearly state, but limited to: Time Limited items, Clearance and Door Busters. Additionally, there’s a list of products excluded. This is nothing new really, all retailers have exemptions. I’m grateful I received my coupon and was able to find many products it can be used on. I guess it just depends on what you are looking for or need.
I didn’t get the coupon as of 3pm PST, but I got an email for 50 rewards points when taking a quiz. Is there any restrictions on the rewards? Can we use their rewards on clearance?

I contacted JCP by chat and they said you had to both join rewards AND sign up for marketing emails. I never saw any offer to join emails at all when I signed up. I didn’t refuse any emails either. This is a scam. Kasey at chat refused to help me at all, even though she admitted they are having trouble with their servers!
