I did several price comparisons before making my purchase at Sam’s. I was replacing the same Kitchen Aid stand mixer that I had had for many years, so it wasn’t a product comparison, but a price comparison. Sam’s was offering the best price at purchase and the “included free items” were an added bonus. The Kitchen Aid Professional model is sturdy and reliable.
I’ve had this for over a year, use it almost every day, and it’s still running like new. I absolutely love it! I did add a soft grip for the lift handle, and I adjusted the bowl height (via the screw on the neck) so the paddle wouldn’t leave any bits in the bottom of the bowl. I also purchased the shredder attachment, and I’m very happy with its performance! I hand wash the bowl and attachments, and everything still looks brand new.
So far we’ve mixed cookie dough, bread dough, and made butter with it. It’s made baking so much easier, beats a hand mixer for sure. All the extras it came with are awesome, and it’s made from metal! Very happy with my purchase .❣️
