The KitchenAid 5.5 is great. I was looking for something in between professional and everyday user mixer and found this stand mixer. The motor is powerful and stronger than the Artisan, and the bow size is smaller than the professional mixers. Perfect combination for common users. Great for those who like to make bread, cookies and cakes at home, like me. I already made bread and cookies with this mixer and it was very resistant, even with heavier dough. I’m happy with this appliance.
