does anyone know the answer to this question, my kid’s aunt and uncle took them school clothes shopping last night and spent close to $350. (I know we are blessed) She only had a $10 kohls cash that she used and put it on her kohl’s charge with no other coupons. Can I price adjust with the 30% off coupon now and either get it credited to her account or get a gift card balance for the difference and let the kids get a coupon more things? Plus they are doing earn kohls cash right now. I didn’t know she wanted to take them there or i would of saw if she could of waited a day since I knew the sale/kohls cash started today. Any ideas?
Great question – and so sweet of your kid’s aunt and uncle to take them shopping, Ashley! 💗 I was reading through Kohl’s price adjustment policy, and it seems that previous purchases may not be eligible for adjustments. Here’s the link to that information, if you wanted to check that out. You might reach out to customer service or take the items with you back to the store to discuss, as you may have luck this way. 🤞 Hoping this is helpful!

I tried 10 different ways with different brands and items (all non-excluded kids clothes and shoes) and it refused to apply the BTS10 coupon. The coupon is sitting in my Kohl’s wallet, but it stays grayed out and will not apply to ANYTHING. I kept away from brand items and added school uniform pieces and uniform shoes. It said “This offer does not apply to the items in your cart or you have a better offer already applied.” I have no other coupons or kohls cash applied, and I definitely have $50 worth of items in my cart. Is the coupon for in-store only use or something?

Hi MK — you can still earn Kohl’s Cash when you shop online as long as you meet the $50 threshold and it can also be redeemed online if you have some to spend!
