Check out why Hip2Save Sidekick, Liza, loves these insulated bottles…

When I saw the built-in straw, I knew I wanted to try this water bottle, and I’m so glad I did. I picked up my first one a couple of years ago, and it quickly became my go-to bottle. My husband saw me using it so frequently that he decided he wanted one. Then a few weeks later we saw that Sam’s had the 32oz 2-Packs on sale (unfortunately they’re no longer in-stock). Now I may grab even more for soccer, keeping refills in the car, and even pouring fresh, cold water for our pup when we travel.

The built-in straw is truly awesome. You can just lift and sip, but nothing is jutting out to jab you in the teeth, and even better, because nothing protrudes, there’s nothing to break from the constant bending of the bottle closing, being chewed on by young kiddos, etc. Plus, you don’t have to worry about trapped mold or other cleaning issues. Don’t want to sip? You can tilt a little further and you’re drinking out of it like any other beverage container. The little handle is substantial enough that you can easily carry it but also folds down to be out of the way when not being used.

We now have two of the 32oz bottles and four of the 24oz bottles in various colors. They’re my daughter’s favorite for school, and both my husband and I have one in hand almost all the time – including the car, where the 24oz does fit our cupholders! I also did pick up one of the new Owala 40oz stainless steel tumblers – it’s the same quality I’ve always loved about Owala, and super easy to just grab and drink.

And readers have great things to say as well…

These are the only water bottles I use anymore. I gave up all others. I absolutely love mine!

This is absolutely the best bottle on the market!! I love my FreeSip!

My daughter LOVES hers!!

These are my favorites! We used them at Disney World when we went in April. Then when Sam’s Club had the 2-pack special, I bought everyone in the family some. The 24 oz fits in my car cup holder, but the 32 oz doesn’t. But I just throw it on the passenger seat or in my tote because they’re leakproof.

These are by far my favorite. I even was able to snag one of those Stanley tumblers, but the Owala is still my favorite.

Have you tried the trendy NEW Owala Tumbler, too? (It looks just like Stanley but costs much less)

I may have woken up at midnight to order these because I thought they’d sell out much quicker. Now everyone in our family can have one and I can get rid of all the rest of our water bottles. I got two last year when they ran this sale and we love them.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! Glad you could grab new replacements for everyone in the family, Melissa! Good to know how much you’ve been loving them! Thanks for commenting! πŸ™ŒπŸ’•

Do they have these in store ?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Margaret! It looks like they may have these in stores, however pricing and inventory can vary. You could always call in to your location before heading out to be sure. Hoping that helps! πŸ₯°

  3. Michele

    Are they dishwasher safe?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Great question! I did find this in the details! – “The lid is top-rack dishwasher safe. Hand washing the cup is recommended to preserve its finish.” Hope this helps! πŸ₯°

      • mary1176

I alway dishwash mine and we have had it for over a year! Still holds ice!!

        • Trish (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for the helpful comment, mary1176! Good to know it’s held up for over a year with putting it in the dishwasher! πŸ™ŒπŸ’–

  4. Kimberly

I bought four 2-packs of these last year when Sam’s had this sale. I have gotten rid of all of our other water bottles because these are truly the best! Everyone in my family agrees!

    • Trish (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks a ton for sharing your thoughts on these water bottles, Kimberly! Happy to hear they’ve been a hit with your family! ❀️ πŸ’¦

  5. Sara

The top part of my lid that seals the part you drink from got all moldy. No matter what I do, I can’t get it off 🀒😣

    • Trish (Hip Sidekick)

So sorry to hear that, Sara! Have you tried using white vinegar and baking soda? I haven’t personally tried this, but I’ve heard this could work! Hoping this might be helpful! πŸ€—πŸ’•
