I get Peacock Premium for free since I still pay for cable TV. It will ask you to select your cable company. Then it will take you to your cable company login to verify you are a cable customer. Once it was verified, it said I had Peacock Premium through my cable company.

Evie, share more please!! How do I do this? I have to have cable to have internet svc at my house so I have the 5 basic local channels only…still counts tho. How can I connect cable and Peacock?
Heads up — Cox and Comcast/Xfinity are dropping the free Peacock Premium in January 15, 2023! Grab the deal because you’ll be paying full price if you want to keep it in Jan. Cox sent out notice of this a while ago, but you can also see the fine print here: https://www.peacocktv.com/cox
It turns out Peacock isn’t making any money bc almost all of their subscribers are getting it free from legacy cable. So they’re ending the partnerships to try to transition all of us who have been getting it free onto a paid membership.
I’m going to try making a new Peacock account with a different email to lock in the price before Cox drops it.

Hi Corina!! The Premium Plus Plan is (mostly) ad-free. You can’t skip advertisements on Peacock, but if you upgrade there is limited interruptions. Hope that’s helpful.🤗
premium plus has no or limited ads. I am sure they expect people to get premium then upgrade to plus.

It started 6/26/23 with many on social media reporting problems, but it might be somewhat smoothed out by now. If you qualify because of gig-speed, it says “no action is needed.” Otherwise, there might be some hoops to jump through.
