yes you can. I have a saved gift card in my target app, and this is what showed up when I checked out.
You can apply $19.35 of your saved gift card balance to this order in checkout.

I’ve done this before, no they won’t unless something changed. The gift cards are mailed in regular envelopes and if you order more than one they are put all in the same envelope and stuck to the page with that sticky gel substance that you find on the back of gift cards normally

If you save it to your app, do you have to scan your phone in store or just use phone number?
I was told today in store that you had to use the app in order to purchase the gift cards at 10% off. I don’t install apps on my phone due to the privacy I would have to give up. I asked if I could log into my Circle account, from a browser, and use it that way (like I normally do) and the man at customer service told me it HAD to be the app.
I would be curious to know if anyone else has had this experience.

They seem to be having some glitches in the order process, probably because of the volume of orders. The comments are showing delivery issues. I ordered 4, got 1. No one at Target seems to know why this is happening, , but they are responding to problems.

I would NOT order physical gift cards online for delivery. They take forever to ship and Target gave me the worst time last year when my cards failed to arrive. I had to contest the charges with my credit card. Not worth the 10% savings.

I would like physical target gift cards but none are available for in-store pick up and we’ll be on vacation for the expected delivery date. If I bought $500 worth of digital gift cards, can I later purchase physical cards with them? Sorry if this is a newbie question, I’ve never taken advantage of the gift card offer before.
