One use the WC to pay the $4.50 and still earn the in-store rewards, right? Since this is a buy deal?
Hey Connie! 🤗 Yes, you’re correct! For this in-store rewards deal, you can also redeem any Walgreens Cash or rewards you may have to lower your out-of-pocket expense, and still earn. ❤️
That’s great! Thank you! Can I order this online and just do a store pickup? The toothbrush is out of stock in store but I was thinking of ship to store instead. But I can do a store pickup for the toothbrush since they have it. Will the in-store rewards deal be issued if I do this?
You’re welcome! ❤️ Unfortunately, this is an in-store only deal, so you wouldn’t earn rewards for ordering online, even when picking up in-store. I checked with customer service, and it seems that they are no longer offering rain checks and suggested to check back later in the week or at another store for inventory. You might also ask an associate if they have inventory coming in soon for that item! Hoping you’re able to spot it in your store soon! 🤞
Thank you for this! Is there any reason I can’t buy two of the children’s toothpaste and use both coupons? So I think it would be $3.50×2=$7, minus $3 in coupons = $4, and a $3 reward prints at the register, making it $1 for 2 toothpastes?
You’re welcome, Lisa! 💖 I just checked the details for the in-store rewards offer in the weekly ad, and it looks like if you purchased two of the toothpastes, you would be able to apply both of those coupons to your purchase! 🙌
I bought 2 toothpastes to use both the $2 and $1 coupons and did not get the Register Reward 🙁 I tried to fight for it because the tag says you receive it after purchasing 2 products. Of course the cashier blamed it on the manufacturers coupons. I had flashbacks of couponing at Wags 10-15 years ago and remembered why I never go there anymore haha. I would have returned them if I did not earn the $10 Walgreens cash for $1+ purchase and figured I would lose out on that if I did.
