That’s my recollection as well. I think the label said something like “not made by Charmin”. I’m not sure if it is the same quality or not.
I thought the NICE brand was pretty good quality— very comparable to Charmin.

I did check on Walgreens policy for price matching in-store, and it seems they may not honor it, if your store doesn’t have the same markdown as online – “Online prices are exclusive to online and may vary from prices at your local Walgreens.” Since prices can sometimes vary from store to store, you might call your nearest location to see if they have it marked down in store before making a trip! Hoping you can score some toilet paper on the cheap with this deal! 🤞🧻
