I started to give these treats because I was on a limited budget (and still am), yet wanted to get my two kitties treats that aren’t filled with sodium or corn and other byproducts. My cats love these treats. The added benefit to them being smaller and super crunchy is that I can give them more and it’s the equivalent of giving them fewer, bigger treats.
That means I spend more time with them, hand feeding each one, so they get more interaction (Cats are complex and social and follow the pecking order, so they look to me as their pack leader to provide for them and eat with them. I give them a few when I eat) and they also work to remove plaque. I like that they’re inexpensive and still not junk.
