I am not getting the discount. I have Prime and when I get to the final checkout to place order. For two shirts I get $19. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Amber, the link from Hip2save sends me to a deal that says $15 shirts but $10 for Prime Members. I tried another web browser window, cleared the cache, incognito window, nothing works. This is a great deal! I don’t want to miss out. My family loves their graphic t’s.
I put two of the exact same shirts, design, fit, size in my cart to check the discount and it showed up $5 for both, It went back up to $10 for both if I changed any aspect.
I ordered the hedgehog library shirt and a tshirt not from the link (Mushroom moon). They were both $15 each but when I checked out using Amazon Pay, the last step before paying showed my total of $15.
I think it worked on Math Cat and Hedgehog Cozy Library. I also had two other shirts from woot, original price is $15. My total for all four shirts were $24.99!
I used bought 2 different shirts from the link and it worked just fine for me. You have to go all the way to the checkout page though before you see it.
Does anyone know how to unlink woot and your amazon account? After I ordered I read horrible reviews about woot. I cancelled my order and attempted to unlink the accounts. Can’t do it on woot, am currently on hold with amazon and they can’t figure it out. I have read that woot customer support is non existent. I wish I never would have linked or ordered. You cannot find anything on amazon about woot. Seems sketchy to me! Not happy!
Update: Amazon representative final figure it out. You have to go into your account scroll all the way down to the bottom under other programs and looked under linked accounts and remove it. My surprise there were several other things linked to My Amazon account that I was unaware of. It allowed me to remove it there. Very surprised that woot is listed as an Amazon company but there is little to no information about it on Amazon. Customer service did not know much about it either.

Hey Jennifer! I have ordered from Woot for several years now without issues, if that might be helpful for peace of mind. 💗 I did a bit of digging, and found where you can remove/unlink your Woot account from your Amazon account. First, log-in to your Amazon account, then go to “Your Account” and scroll down to “Other Programs” then “Login with Amazon.” From there, you should see an option to “remove” the Woot account. Hoping this does the trick for you! 🤞
Thank you! Amazon customer service finally figured out how to do this and walked me through. I was just surprised that it was so hard to find anything about woot or support for it within amazon and that they were not very knowledgeable about it. Also made me uneasy that there were so many bad reviews about non existent communication and customer service, damaged orders, long delivery times etc. Thank you for your response! Good to know it has been a good company for you to use.
