1. ALDI offers a 90-day return window.
Not happy with something you bought at ALDI? If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of any product for any reason, they will replace the product and provide a refund with your receipt within 90 days. To qualify for the Twice as Nice Guarantee, you’ll need to return the product packaging and any unused portion to the manager at your local ALDI store.
Note that The Twice As Nice Guarantee does not apply to non-food ALDI Finds items, alcohol, national brands, and non-quality related issues. Considering you have 90 days to return food, we’d say this is a pretty great warranty.
2. Cat & Jack has a 1-year guarantee.
Target’s in-house children’s brand offers a 1-year guarantee on all their clothes. If something wears out, rips, or breaks, just bring the damaged item to the Guest Services desk with your receipt and exchange it for a replacement.

I agree with you 100%!!!! I would rate Costco right up there with Nordstrom. I worked for Nordstrom many years and we definitely had the best return policy amongst retailers.
Costco never makes you feel like a criminal for returning something. Many stores make you feel like they just put you on their hit list.😂
Tervis cups are the best! My kids can not seem to understand the concept of coasters no matter how much I lecture. I finally converted to Tervis. No more rings on anything. I’ve returned several cups over the years once the seals have gone or they have cracked. They used to send you replacements but now they give you credit for their website. Made in the USA too!

Simple modern has really good customer service as well. I purchased one of their tumblers at target and 2 months later the screw on top was stuck…I emailed them just to see if they had any tricks to getting the cover off. They emailed me back right away asking for a picture of the cup and my mailing address. I sent them the picture and my mailing address. They emailed me back saying a replacement cup was on the way!! And they sent an extra cover and straw for free!!

Be careful with your Tervis products. Tea and citrus will stain/cloud the plastic cups and sunscreen really clouds them up. They no longer replace for those reasons. We had a Tervis cocktail shaker that lost its cap. Although they no longer make that product they combed their inventory and sent us TWO replacement lids and caps. How great is that?

Love my Cutco knives as well. Sent in 18 and they returned 15 with brand new knives and sharpened 3. Amazing!!! Also Schlage products are expensive but my electric deadbolt gave out after the warranty period of 3 years and they replaced for free. Brand new set and did not have to return the old one. My tip is to keep original paperwork as that was needed for me!!! I was so happy since the new one was over $300
