Tik tok pasta straining tip, put your strainer bowl set down in your pot (if it is about the same size as your pot) and the strainer will keep the pasta in the pot as the water goes into your sink. 🤯

Honest question….what are folks doing with bacon grease. Like what can you cook, etc with it. I put it in a old grocery bag and toss
It’s probably not that healthy but it has a high smoke pork… I cook pork chops, brown pork tenderloin before popping it in the oven, eggs, burgers, hash browns, corned beef hash … so many things.
I like to use it on my cast iron cookware! 🍳
Bacon grease is also used to make gravy for biscuits, put in cornbread mix, flavor soups. Lots of uses for bacon grease.
