We stopped by our local Costco to check out this year’s Thanksgiving dinner items, and it turns out they have pretty much all the prepared foods you would need to avoid making anything from scratch this year! 1. Cuisine Solutions Sous Vide Sliced Roasted Turkey Breast with Citrus Herbs – $6.99/lb.
This tender turkey breast has been slow-cooked and simply seasoned with salt, pepper, citrus, and herbs. It can be heated in the oven in under 40 minutes, so your house will still be filled with the wonderful aroma of turkey without all the hassle that goes along with roasting an entire bird.
2. Vicky’s Stuffed Turkey Breast – $5.99/lb.
If you’re looking to keep things simple this Thanksgiving, Vicky’s Kitchen makes a stuffed turkey breast that could serve as the main dish and sides, all in one!

I got the mashed potatoes. I found them really disappointing – tasted a bit too “earthy” to me. The ones you rehydrate, Creamy Mash, are much better.

Will Vicky’s stuffed turkey breast keep 6 days in the fridge without being frozen?
It will probably keep as it is vacuum sealed. It is pretty small. It is okay but not spectacular. Don’t pour the sauce on it until you’ve taste it. It is pretty awful.
It arrives frozen so not sure whether it will hold for 6 days in the fridge, given that it is fully cooked I would keep frozen until the day before when serving.
No turkey at mine ☹️ bummed.
Is sliced turkey breast by SOUS good. The instructions call for pan heating. Is that good?
Soup vide turkey was very good – moist and flavorful. Instructions call for pan fry for 1 minute. Frankly, it is better without cooking…just a quick 30 seconds in microwave to tak off the chill.
Costco’s Pumpkin Pie changed this year and it is terrible. Hip2Save earlier posted not to buy Costco’s pumpkin pie because of the bad taste. And, she was right. The pie is horrible this year. We tried one ahead of Thanksgiving and had to throw the whole thing out. It left a horrible taste.
Well, we tried the Roast Turkey Breast. Tastes good but no turkey. It was all stuffng. Going out today to see if I can find turkey to go with my stuffing. I want to tell the company but no address. The cost was $22.82. Sad.
I purchase the turkey roll, the stuffing, the mashed potatoes, the pumpkin pie, and the gravy this year because we were having such a small group this year. It was by far the worst meal I have had in years. I don’t know what the gravy was made from but it had no resemblance to turkey gravy. The only thing that was okay and I mean just okay, was the pumpkin pie. I am disappointed in Costco which is rare. They buyers should try this stuff before they buy.
I searched far and wide for the stuffed turkey breast – so glad I finally found it. This is by far the easiest and best tasting turkey breast we have ever had. My son’s and their wives thoroughly enjoyed it and asked for it again this year. We always waste the left-over turkey (you can only eat so much turkey) but this is so darn good that there is very little left over so I always buy 2 one for Thanksgiving and one for Christmas. So very, very good!!
