Once you’ve been accepted, Pinecone Research will send you an email notification when there’s an available survey. After you complete the survey and earn points, you’ll be able to redeem them for either cash or prizes. You may also occasionally be sent a product to test, too.

You can get the funds electronically sent to your bank account, as well… they show up in your account the next day after you transfer the funds… I have made pretty good side monies from Pinecone over the years… I would definitely check them out if you like doing the surveys 🙂
I’ve done surveys with pinecone research for a few years, they are awesome at targeting the right products to test for your household! I was shocked looking back at my account that after my first year with them I earned $193 altogether and we tested 5-6 products as well which was always interesting and fun!
I’ve been doing their surveys for a long time. I used to cash out my points, but in the last few years, I’ve redeemed them for magazine subscriptions. They offer Reader’s Digest large print and it’s so nice to get it free!

I love Pinecone Research. I just finished doing a product testing for t-paper. I’ve never collected on my points since I started doing these so I just checked and I’m at over 40,000. I’ll have to go back and look through the reward pages.

Search for the word cash and you can get $ rather than products
They can send you a check if you prefer. I always opt for $$.
If you cash out your points for cash pay out you’ll get almost $400 with 40,000 points
If you work at it you can get cash or check. They try to hide that option, but it is there. We moved to new state and now I rarely qualify. Plus I get older and I think they are less interested in my opinions as a older person.

I get surveys every few weeks. More often than not they tell me I don’t qualify. But when I was qualifying it was nice.

The Pinecone Research site is down or out of business – not sure which but when you as an active member try to access the site you receive access denied response. Researched further and this has been occurring for over 2 weeks. Means that members with a balance cannot cash out either. Quite bummed. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I signed up a few years ago and used to get the surveys once a week. But now I only get 1 survey offer per month even after changing my settings to be sent more.

I have been a member for years, and it seems like the longer you are a member, the less surveys you get. It used to be when you would get a survey, you could do it. Now it kicks me out of over half of them. If you are having lots of surveys, you must be of the right demographics which this grandma apparently isn’t any more…
When I click your link to Pinecone, it goes to a website survey tracking..and is blank. I had to enter pinecone research into google to get to site.

on the pinecone site, I don’t see a link or place to sign up only a sign in for existing members. And your links to sign up here don’t work. Again, I had to google pinecone research to get to their site cause your links don’t work. Their faq says they don’t take unsolicited applicants. I apply every single time you share this, and they say I don’t qualify. This time, I didn’t even get to enter my name or anything. It just popped up as a NO. I’m so bummed because I used to do these and I enjoyed it. I don’t know why I got bumped out, and why I can’t get back in.

I have been a satisfied member for over a decade. For the last year, I have tried to take the surveys which were sent to me but every one said I disqualified. I contacted customer service twice and got the canned response that I must not have met the qualifications. Now I got an email saying I forfeited the points I had previously earned due to inactivity. They say they don’t have a record of me trying to take surveys or contacting customer service. You are not alone.
